Japanese fluent looking for work

Hi
Sorry if there are other related postings, I didn't see any recent ones.
Ok in very succinct language, I speak fluent (JLPT N1) Japanese and English and Chinese. Graduated from US university 2010. One year exchange in Keio university last year. However, I could not find any way to work in Japan besides teaching English or engineering jobs (which is not my field of expertise).

I searched all the sites like gaijinpot, daijobs, CL ... and applied for many. But I need visa sponsorship so half of them I couldn't apply to and the other half didn't respond. I have tried for months with no luck. Do Japanese companies hate sponsoring visa or what? I am not a "shinsotsu" because it's been a year so the newly grad program I couldn't attend.

Getting frustrated and looking for advice here...
