Looking for friends in Osaka, Japan

I am from India and currently working as IT Consultant (Unix administrator) for a leading money lending bank in Japan. I am about 6 feet tall but I don't speak or understand Japanese so I am looking forward to make some English speaking friends in Osaka. I would love to go out, watch movies and explore the city to it's fullest.
