what exactly do you do i went there and got confuzeled do u hav to just randomly pick someone out of the names it says or...

I'm not sure. I sometimes do things before I think. The way I gathered it, you CAN do that, or you can add your own little ad, and twice a month, I'll be a list sent out to all the members who actually want the list, both in Japan and everywhere else, so everyone interested can see your ad, and they'll reply to it.
I signed up for the list and for the snail mail thingy. I'd rather want snail mail, that way I can write in Japanese characters if my :rheart: so desiers :p

Not sure if the site is still functional, but it never hurts to try, right?
