konnichiwa! my name is alex. (arekkusu.) He's trying to tell you in his own charmingly unsubtle way that there are individuals in this forum who dislike new members who think having a Japanese friend is a social status thing or come in pretending to be Japanese. (aka "kawaiisugoipockynedesu~")

Don't worry too much about it, it's the test of fire for some new members.
