konnichiwa! my name is alex. (arekkusu.) I'm a 15 yr. old girl who lives in California and is interested in finding some japanese friends! of course, even if you're not japanese you can be my friend as well. :) I'm very new to japanforum...I just signed up today...^^; my fav. anime and manga is Naruto!!!! :D so if you like naruto and you would like to talk to me, that'd be great!!!!! ^_^

He's trying to tell you in his own charmingly unsubtle way that there are individuals in this forum who dislike new members who think having a Japanese friend is a social status thing or come in pretending to be Japanese. (aka "kawaiisugoipockynedesu~")

Don't worry too much about it, it's the test of fire for some new members.
