looking for japanese friends on Gold Coast and in Tokyo

I am a 36 year old male,looking for japanese friends to practice since im learning since last year.I travel to Jpana on business 4 times a year since i run a beachfront hotel here in Australia and i am desesperate to leran and practice.In fact im going to Tokyo Connference on FEB23-Mar1st. if someone from Tokyo can help me greta! i will be able to reciprocate when they come to Gold Coast Australia Arigatou gozaimasu!
