Thats cool Ive been running ever since High school, I did a recent run 50K for the Albuquerque zoo. Heh just got a t-shirt and free pass for my daughter.
There hasn't been a marathon here for ages though Q_Q. I run in the morning all the time too, if I don't I get cranky =/ and sore but when I run I don't. Weird. Eh I don't like coffee though haha!. Anyways if you want to chat more just PM me. :) |

I'm a different chronology but the kookyo is my favorite running site while on trips to tokyo.
I like the todofuken flowers embedded in the sidewalk every 100 meters. if you can say some night at 7pm you are going to run, maybe we can all join you. I have done marathons at Lake Kawaguchi (November) and Chitose (June). good luck at shonan. are you going tor try to run fast for time or take it easy and be sure to finish 42.195 km okay? -dave |

Hello Nay!
Im new here, but i am looking för language friends too! especially japanese. My big dream is to travel to Japan. And i have 5 books here in sweden about japanese signs and the japanese language, I live in a little town, and no place to go where somebody can help me to learn japanese, so i do my best to study at my room! But it should be realy, realy fun to talk to a person from japan! Im just 14 years old, but i think that my english is pretty good (even if its alot of things i still not can!), and i also study spanish in school, and my home language is swedish, so i can teach you, if you should want that! I also loves to run, it feels realy great! I play fotball so i go out and run with my team! Yoga seems cool! I have tried laughing yoga, but that felt kinda weird, but i liked it at the same time :) Do you have msn? please add me if you have! [email protected] PS. too bad i left my running shoes at home (california) and tokyo is 40min train ride away :( i havn't ran for so long and i am seriously putting on a beer belly. i used to run 5 miles 3 times a week (was forced, i was in the army) and kind of ruined my feet as a result. how long have you been running for? how long do you run a day?
