Hello, My name is Twyla, but I don't really use it at all when learning Japanese. I'm still deciding a name that sounds similar to mine, but goes better with the flow of Japanese. I have been learning Japanese on and off again for the past few years, but until this past year I haven't taken it seriously. Now, I'm learning it on my own, I have bought things like Rosetta Stone, Genki, and I'm not really seeing results. I haven't given up, I just decided I needed a better way of learning. I love Japan, and I want to move there for at least two years. So, it's not that I'm not dedicated, it's just I learn easiest on my own, or at least teaching myself. So, I have been working hard and it'd be nice to be able to talk to someone who is fluent, to tell me if I'm making mistakes and such.
I am also, perfectly fluent in English, and I can help you as well, before you know it, you could be speaking like a native. Sooo, if you'd like to help me out, and in return I can help you out. Especially on pronouncing things, since English is said differently, and the sounds can be complicated. I know some tricks and tips, that I had used, because I've helped a friend learn to speak English better.
