When I was learning kana back then I had both written on my arms >>; On left it was hiragana and on right it was katakana, lol.

lol, i always have either written on me, i really cant tell the difference, cause i dont know uch japanese... im learning it this year in school... i got to go to college for it... ^^ its gonna be AWESOME!!!

yes, i suppose Fanfice are allowed, as long as they're not too sexual... a little is ok, but too much detail=ewww...
