My Beloved Kashmir

:rheart: My Beloved Kashmir :rheart:

"What land can boast such treasures to you"
"Ought so sweet: Ought so fair"
"Hey paradise of endless treasure"
"OH my beloved kashmir"

"With its snow capped mountains"

"Thrilling fountains nature has ever given"

"With its innocent people world had never had"
"While its shining face everybody sees"
"While its burning heart nobody means"

"My vale is burning indeed"

"Serpentile coil is winding in its greed"
"What can i do"
"While sun is clouded with dark mist"

"Else shedding tears"
"ALONE IN DEED"

Burnt

You burn my mind with a forever blaze
That fills my mind with the flames of your gaze
Guiding me through endless labrynth of time
Seaching in all hopes to finally make you mine
Following the timeless water of sream
Following beauty to real to be a dream
Awaiting your love in everything and more
Watching with want at the closed door
Wanting to your perfect smiling face
Wishing you were with me in this place
And even though you're burnt into my mind
You are no where in searching that I can find
Living in a splendous dream of you
The pretty pink flower and the sky so blue
Awaiting the image a you to be real
So that I may tell you how I really feel
My emotions of happiness and love so true
The rythm of my heart beating I love you

Consequences and Loss

I run to the night, away of what has left,
to the graveyard where you rest
seeking wisdom and your strength.

I was your grandson, you called me friend
with a smile trough the wrinkles on your face.
Time has passed and all has changed,
the blood they share is full hate.

And now standing above your grave,
I should be praying, but I can’t
when I am looking at what has left.

Goodbye grandpa, goodbye friend
and forgive me I didn’t said those four words,
that last time we had met.

Aw, thats so sad.....*cries* It is a good poem though....but so sad, shows alot of feeling.....

Hisuwashi 06-22-2007 04:13 PM

Yeah...that was sad... but it is a beautiful poem. I found an old poem I wrote a while back, mind if I post it? A tribute to my favorite snake. :D

The Anaconda

The Anaconda is a spy. He slides along
Stabbing out his forked tongue
As he slithers through the mud
He discovers a calf chewing the cud.

The Anaconda is a wonder.
He begins to ponder;
The calf sits, naive and yet to discover
The secret of the great water boa.

The Anaconda's skin of olive green;
And alternating black ovals in between,
The colours become a blur, a flash
As the Anaconda runs a dash

He lurches forward, full of valour
And oh! the gore!
The galleons of blood shed
Stained the grass a ruby red.

The Anaconda is a coiled spring. He constricts the victim,
The poor calf dies very quickly.
He consumes the slaughtered prey
And then comes the following day.

The Anaconda is a fierce marauder,
He slides across the water, his body becoming broader
He wraps around his victim, the prey
And dusk draws forth, the end of the day.
