Days? to make a stencil? You have patience. What do you use to make a stencil?

pencil and x-acto knife...and whatever i decide to carve it into.. it took days cuz my hand would kill after 10 minutes of cutting...an i did some work on it every night before bed

you should try to start drawing stick people first, then on top of that add the basic shapes, and then on top of that add the details like: facial features, clothing, hair.

working in layers and building up like this will help your proportion and anatomy which are the most important things in the human figure.
If you'd like I can draw some quick examples.

I thing i reminds me of picasso he had some single line disproportional portrays like this one

keep the technique and draw single line, it add a lot to your skill
