I can't remember the last time I posted one of my creations.
First up is a Stitch cutout (performed with a stiff sheet of paper and an exacto-knife). 2nd up, fresh off the scanner with a old logo popped in. Sketch/ink and ready to be redone in illustrator.

I hereby nominate it for best ever use of an exacto knife!

as for your second picture, it's practically flawless, complicated angle pulled off very nicely. i'm afraid I have no tips for u buddy. you're better than me.

i recommend you try drawing characters in as many poses as you can think of.
running, jumping, sitting, walking, standing... etc...
things won't be perfect at first, but they will get better the more you do it!
also, when you become comfortable drawing people in poses try drawing them from different angles.
what does would a person look like if you looked up and they jumped over you?
try drawing that.

@alan- have you ever used the perspective tool in photoshop? its very cool, but kinda difficult from what i can remember
