Alright so I FINALLY got the msn icon to go in the right corner of the screen. What I did was ...
1. made a shortcut icon on the desktop
2. right clicked and went to properties
3. clicked compatibility tab
4. checked "run this program in compatibility mode" and selected to run in Vista SP1.

Poof it works :D

I should clean mine up a bit. I use a dark back ground because it makes my icons easy to see. :)
