The publication of the story has been postponed indefinitely due to amnesia. I'm working on making the deadline for July. In the meantime, there's this :

Had dinner at Mikes last Sunday. Doodled this while waiting for my pizza.



Last Saturday I was at a concert at the Charlesbourg Salle Paroissiale Pierre-Garon. Because it's a city owned and operated cultural facility it's got all sorts of pro government agenda propaganda posters on the walls. I saw one that promoted child adoption for lesbian couples, and pulled out my sketching pad and used the picture as a basis for this sketch of Maid Kasumi reading "Chibi Neko Ninja Goes Quantity Surveying" to Mimi-chan.

Didn't have the time to complete the full poster on the drawing though. That's why there's the awkward empty spaces.

"Chibi Neko Ninja" is a children book I'm writing (more like drawing) about a little ninja cat who sleeps, eats, sleeps, and sleeps all the time, in all sorts of places under the guise of Ninja Training.
