Wanted: Expat Artists!
 

Hi there,

A new 'group' has been created on Facebook that I think you'd be interested in "Expat Artists". This is a social group for all wandering and exploratory artists out there who have either migrated and found their patch or are still looking for it.

Thanks to technology the world is getting flatter and we can feed off a rich tapestry of cultures and visual inspirations without moving. But as you'll know the expat life is about 'existing in that other place' and is as rewarding as it can be grueling. Artists living & working abroad therefore have unique exploratory insights into their host cultures & their personal journey.

Art is a universal language that crosses all boundaries. Expat artists see a different world to those who have remained rooted in one place. Isn't the whole world on the move these days?
