The little guy right above the word Pokemon: his body looks sort of awkward in relation to where his head is.

That is superb! I remember I used to fail at drawing pokemon. But I believe you have their proportions and everything just right.

I don't remember their names anymore. But yeah, the guy with fins.
It looks like all you'd need to do is move the body upward a little, or the head down a little. Like I said though, a job well done. And yeah, coloring is a big pain...lol
