LOL! When you get to my age (38) words like..(For a man about a woman)

Alive
Will pick up clothes I drop outside the clothes hamper
Keeps the kids away when I’m on the phone.
Goes to the kids school events and leaves me alone, ha ha!
Remembers every ones birthday and can sign my name on the card!
Buys me underwear that fits!
Knows how to cook my favorite meal, and not burn it.
Pays the bills so I don't have to worry about it
Takes my truck to the car wash once a week AFTER she is done washing her van.
Lets me run the A/C at night when it’s hot even though it cost $$
Will outlive me so I can be assured my kids will have her at their grand kid’s graduation form high school.

Good in bed, LOL! that last all of 1-2 years and if you say, no no no, we are ... well guess what, bla bla bla, yeah right wait until you get older, sex is not the greatest thing in the world, its just one more tool women get to use over men, then by the time you WANT to have sex more, we’ve found ESPN and Sports center, LOL!

Guys just need some once in a while to keep us going when we hit 40, so girls I hope you got a good electronic friend?

being able to put together a tasty dish just for you...well thats fucking wicked
8. THE KAWAYEEE FACTOR
it always helps if from time to time...shes just TOO cute for words
9. FRIENDS
you can judge alot about a person by the kind of friends they keep
10. CLEAN
she should be a clean person, not just in her self, as in personal hygiene...but in the enviroment aswell

and lucky for me 1 got all 10 plus a few extra ones too :-)
