You have lots of time, step by step. I'm pathetic though. I wont say how long it has been and it's not to do with love now. I got hurt so bad that I can not trust anyone, I don't want to be hurt like that again. People have told me if I do not move on then he has won. Bascially he wants me to be alone, he is just nasty.

I think what stops me is that I don't have any motivation, I am way way way too shy, and I have no social life. I don't even have any friends, except my online friends.
