Not really if Im pissed I say it, if im sad I say it. I used to hide my feelings all the time until they built up and I couldnt take it anymore. If im feeling open I share my feelings. Its quite easy for me these days.

well its not that is hard for me
but i hate admitting my feeling to the person
i always hide them no matter what;even if i have to lie to my friends
i always keep my feeling to myself
is that bad / good?
