I can not understand why "Japanese only speaker" believes he can teach Japanese to other language (only) speakers.

However, "the Japanese teacher course" which I once checked has a pre-condition "to teach Japanese using only Japanese". I do not know what kind of tricks they have.

Language makes Culture and Culture makes Language.
