Not quite a living in japan thing but....

Bringing a Japanese national to the USA and we want to keep paying her pension and Japanese national health insurance (JNHI). We would like to do this online from a Japanese bank. Any suggestions?

She, like a lot of Japanese it seems, knows shit about paying much of anything online and I don't think there is much support for it in Japan either. Does the JNHI take bank transfers or have any form of online payment? How about the Pension system?

Any help is appreciated on figuring out how to get this done.
