So did you pass the ghost that's unkillable right? So once you get past that door, you have to go that stairs(go right, left to get a lens upgrade), up the stairs there is a save point. After that go in the door that's up the stairs, go to the room that's not locked....I think another ghost will appear by some books, then you get another memo.

Aftre that, go to the next room(the light is flickering I think), and I think you find Mayu. I migh tbe perfectly correct though, or are you even at this part?
