Teach english
be a student.

unless u got some really nice connections dont expect to get a sponsorship with out a 4 yr degree.

and also basic conversational Japanese.

i sent over 10 applications out to small companies. and accepted by few, but they do not offer sponsorships

and i have a 4 yr degree. but my Japanese isnt great.

so top of your list should be

Learn japanese
get into college

and we'll pick up from there later =P a visa isnt a easy thing to get.
Japanese Gov't is VERY strict on visas
