from the videos it looks like Shibuya girls are alittle older than the Harajuku.. Given my age I should be choosing Shibuya, but it's also fun to get dressed in Harajuku fashion on some occations. So the answer to what would I choose? is Shibuya for family activities and more formal occations, but Harajuku for hanging out with friends
