Excel Saga, and BoBoBo-BoBo-BoBo are soooo random its scary.
Urusei Yatsura is also pretty off the wall, especially the movies...they can get pretty trippy...but they are hiliriously funny too
Um...Dead Leaves was pretty damn insane...
Paranoia Agent, and Serial Expirement Lain, are both like having an insanley bad trip, or being half asleep, or going insane....or somthing....but In a really really really really good way...oh and they are also really phsychological which is pretty cool
