I can't help you, but I assume that it'd be really difficult to get a haircut under $30 if it's a total restyle... and it's even more expensive if you want your hair washed at the hairdressers... I recommend saving a bit more and having it done somewhere quality =) Nothing is worse than hair that the hairdresser trashes.. I know T.T
