I have definitely noticed more skin this year in the fashion in Shibuya. The skirts are even smaller and, surprisingly, cleavage seems to be in right now. In the past, I was told that cleavage was not popular as a fashion in Japan like it is in the west. This summer, there were cleavage revealing fashions all over Shibuya.
