They boys have the Samurai Champloo game for ps2 but they are having problems with it. I'm terrible at playing video games and can't help them. Any suggestions.

At Christmas they got Naruto Clash of ninja 2 so my sister in law and I decided to try it. We spent 2 hours trying to beat Gaara, We even had the manual out and couldn't get anywhere. 6yr old comes in and asks to try. He beat him in one try, humilliating me and my sister in law.
