Since you have long hair you have SO many options. I'm completely jealous when it comes to your options. Anyways, this is what I would do to it if I were you. For one, I would get a hair cut such as Miyavi's in these pictures;

Then I would, if my hair was in good enough condition, get parts of it bleached so that it would give an interesting effect. Then I would put random colors in it, and make my hair permanently straightened with the Japanese Straightening.
