You know what will I miss Italian food in Japan?
1, prosciuto
2, cheese( parmiggiano reggiano, pecorino stagionato, scamorza, ricotta,etc)
3, fresh vegetable (of course there r many vegetables in Japan, but the taste and smell r idfferent. Italian's r sweeter and strong, I say...and calciofi---- che buono!)
4,bistecca alla fiorentina (T-born stake)
5,Herb( I don't used to many herb in Japan , but now I learned how to!)
