Yes, bike concept was made in 3d software:
as well as it's environment. (some textures were used of course) But it's single 3d scene, i think i have to improve the shadows, to make it looks more realistic.

there was a tutorial (making of) on this image, that was published in '2d artist magazine'. If you want, i can share a pdf version.
the last robot is 3d model as well...
