For those reading the manga....
I am confused about the fact that drinking a pure blood's blood is taboo.
I understand what they are saying, but I would think that this taboo would not pertain to everything. For example, if two pure blood's are married (eg. Juuri & Haruka Kuran) wouldn't they drink blood from each other? I would think that's a given...so is it a taboo then?
& if
THAT is not taboo, then how would it be taboo in any other case? Like when Kaname drinks Shizuka Hiou's blood. True, they are not married, but still, drinking is drinking, right?
Then Zero drinks Yuuki's & Kaname's blood....then Kaname drink's Yuuki's blood...then Yuuki drinks Kaname's blood....so are they all cursed now? (I am referring to the fact that when Kaname drank Shizuka's blood, she told him that he has called upon a dark future for himself.)
