I think it is 18 years hard labour and something about threatening her into the mens toilets and raping her but i could only read about 10% of the kanji of that and that was basicly the only meaning i could make out of this i could make out. oh and i think it said that the sentence was given out by the high court so he probably can't appeal to any higher courts.

edit: i just rembered it was osaka high court so nvm the last bit.
