Yeah, EGL is cool. I bought a Wa-lol outfit during Bodyline's 50% off sale that could also be EGL, I think. I'm not too educated in the ways of lolita.
also, as far as I know, if the dress or skirt is longer then mid-calf, it's considered Elegant Gothic Aristocrate (EGA)
