I think who translated the document might have been confused by the presence of "accept" and "notify". Maybe they wanted to translate that they "submitted to you a notification that the document had been confirmed" and wrote it wrong...

(Unless it was done with an online translator, in that case those kind errors are common...and I would have checked the whole translation if I were you).
