Where to stay in TOKYO - 08-20-2009, 07:46 AM
I’ve been looking around on the internet but would appreciate if someone could recommend me a good location so that I could book my hotel (4 days), best is close to Shopping, Dining and must be easy for transportation around.

Also must be a Budget one….
