And the cheaper the instant ramen the higher that sodium level goes!
The two I alternate for work lunches are a bit better most, but without a good diet to offset them I would expect health problems.

Paldo Kimchi Ramen: fat 16%, sodium 50%, Carb 12%, Vitamin A 5%
Paldo Chorella Ramen: fat 13% sodium 35% (832 g), Carb 13%, Calcium 9%
