Are you reserving the fourth day for Kyoto?
If so, I would reverse your plans and spend three in Kyoto, one in Tokyo.
I lived in Japan for six years, went to Tokyo once for a job interview on the Shinkansen, then went back to Kyoto.
Osaka, Kyoto and Nara was my home ground and a mighty fine choice at that.
Kyoto is so REAL Japan as is Nara..
Oh, and if you want a tower, Kyoto and Osaka have one
