Is it either:

終バスに乗り遅れるんだった Very strange but grammatically not necessarily incorrect. It means that you had planned on missing the bus for some purpose.

終バスに乗り遅れたんだ Only this one is correct. It sounds even natural.

終バスに乗り遅れだったIncorrect. This one uses double-past.
