1. It says 植直. If it is a name, it is a very rare one. I do not even know how to read it.

2. "Fukuya". It is a family name.

3. "Masu(x)". Last letter is illegible. 99% sure it is a family name.

So, at least two solodiers used the canteen. Things were scarce back then.
