That's a new one to me. So I am going to assume you don't want to go to high school, so you want to enroll in Japanese language school?

To get one you would need to apply and be accepted at some school. Then the school would become your visa sponsor.

Many schools will help you with housing, but working might be a different story. It may not be legal for you to find a job, beyond under-the-table tutoring, etc. The precollege visa is only good for 6-12 months, so you would not be a good candidate for more serious work.
