Architects like SANAA, Kazuyo Sejima, Ryue Nishizawa, Junya Ishigami, Hideyuki Nakayama, and many more ... are using this technique

Here are some examples:

Junya Ishigami: 01 02
Hideyuki Nakayama: 01
Kazuyo Sejima: 01 02 03 04

It seems, that this way of very light pencil drawings/sketches (maybe also a bit infantile) are very common in japan - and maybe there is a book about these drawings. I can't read kanji so research in this area is a bit difficult. I already bought a book from Junya Ishigami Another Scale Of Architecture but I'm more interested in the style in general rathan than have a book about a single architect.

maybe some of you could help me

Best,
Sophie
Just a few random search results. Try googling 「建築家 スケッチ」 without the 「」.
