I cannot read that handwriting. You need a native speaker or someone really good at Japanese. Sadly there are also furigana (something that should help people like me to read difficult handwriting), but either the picture or my eyes are not focusing
But on the other hand, I doubt the guy will manage to re write it on your back, so chances are it will come out something not readable...
