I'm not sure if you're using that thread for help questions. Sorry if you are. Here's the question:

If you want to inform someone that it is ok to do something, do you say this:

日本語で回答してもいいですよ。

I know that してもいいですか is to ask if you may do something, but does removing the か　make it an affirmative statement?
