what about asking a question (favor) to a stranger like:
denwa no tsukaikata wo oshiete itadakemasen ka?
Is 'onegai shimasu' more specifically used or is it interchangeable with other polite requests i.e te + itadakemasen, te + kudasai, te + kuremasen?
