What people want in a good manga

Hey all I've got an idea for a Shoujo-ai manga and I need your help I noticed that there are plenty of yuri manga that is very unpopular in the states. What are people looking for when they pick up a yuri manga, that is if you do pick them up.

For me it' gotta capture me in the beginning something funny or something cute. There's gotta be fighting..whether it's a fist fight, ninja fight or anything i dont' care as long as there's some fighting. There's gotta be HOT guys. Or I will not read it. Has to be hot guys. And it's gotta have a good plot line. I'm very picky and once i choose a book i love it. THe only exception to this rule was the one mistake i made. Red river. I chose it because i was in a rush and i didn't see what it was about. but i haven't been wrong so far again.
