I LIKE the new series. It focuses more on the FUN side of FMA. Even the animation style is more comedy less tragedy.
Admittedly, I enjoyed how the original anime progressively got darker, but I would be perfectly content if this series were to keep going the way it has in the first four episodes. Squad 11 - Sanity isn't our style.

I find it somewhat difficult to believe that there's someone alive today who hasn't seen the old series...
 But yeah, the new series is great. Squad 11 - Sanity isn't our style.
