It has been four years since the battle with Galaxia and things have been peaceful for that time. The Senshi have gone on to finish their schooling and are working in the lives they often dreamed of but never knew for certain if they would become a reality. All that is to come now is the Great Freeze, though no one is certain on when it will happen, but surely it will be a peaceful reason. Galaxia was the worst of the worst, after all.

On Kinmokusei, the Starlights and their princess have finished their rebuilding and they too have fallen into the lull of peace. But ever vigilant, they've been preparing for the next great attack, after all, peace doesn't last forever. But when a mysterious plague threatens their home and princess, the three learn that they can't defeat everything no matter how hard they train and how much they prepare.

At this same time, a mysterious prophet has come to Earth in search of the future Neo Queen Serenity with information of a new enemy that will lead to the Judgment Day.
