Personaly I like the anime, the way its drawn and the story line but I just can't stand the voice overs =/. Couldn't watch it all the way because of that, maybe I'm just being to picky though.

I also have a friend telling me I should watch that. I immediately didn't like the animation style, but I'll try and give it a go.

I like it.
The story is really good, and after you get to the second season,
The plot reall thickens, and the ending is something you will be amazed at!

Really I haveno complaints about this anime..
I suggest you watch the Japanese version though.
The voice actors in here in America ruined this anime, the same way the ruined the rest they dubbed.

That's what I usually do since I can understand Japanese well enough . I haven't watched an anime in English since I watched Cowboy Bebop and Outlaw Star on TV in the US. But those were also very well done dubs.

edit: Actually, I watched all the Ghibli movies with dubs too. Disney did a great job making sure to voice those movies well.

edit edit: And I watched Trigun half in English and half in Japanese. Both were good.

It depends on yur definition of good. Is it entertaining? Definitely yes! However good the first season was, the second season falls a bit flat in the beginning, and in my opinion, doesn't pick up till near the end.

It has its flaws, but it still very fun. The soundtrack is very solid, the Japanese voice actors excellent (especially Lelouch's), yet the English dub is a it lackluster. I don't know why anyone thought casting a 60 year old for the role of a young girl would be wise, but that particular performance ruined it for me.

Personally, I actually enjoyed the animation from the beginning, but to each his own. I definitely recommend it.
