I would have to say Momigi (Sorry if I spell it wrong.) from Fruits Basket. Think about it. He looks really young, and in Japan it isn't awkward for women to bathe with little boys. So he might get to see some things without the women knowing ? Pretty Sick.

My favorite anime pervert? Thats a hard one. Rumiko Takahashi does the best perverts. I LOVE hoposai, from Ranma 1/2, and Miroku from Inuyasha, but the best by far is Ataru Moroboshi, from Urusei Yatsura.
