I tried to get into it after having watched the amazing trailer for it, but I really couldnt. It was just too... meh. The art style was a little strange, and the story moved too slow in the first few episodes...

When I first started watching it I didn't like it. The story did move very slowly. But near the end of the series it got much better, and is now one of my favorite anime!
And I especially enjoyed the last few eps. of it(RentonXEureka & DominicXAnemone are 2 of my fave anime couples )

Hi
i sorta like Eureka Seven
i mean the plot is great but it moves way to slow for me...
but i still watch it
my fav. characters are Ray and Charles...
they are so sweet to take in Renten

There are plenty of animes that move slower than Eureka lol. I dunno though y'all may have a point since it doesnt have that many episodes.

It's definatly worth sticking with. Had I not seen later episodes first on CN I would have never bothered with it, the beginning is by far the weakest part. the real plot starts forming at around episode 14. To anyone else just starting it or thinking about doing so, reserve judgements until then.

Do not expect a balls out action series though. E7 wins for it's fluffy moments and borderline gar levels of character turnaround. Holland's transformation is like Gendo Ikari turning into Captain Harlock.

i don't think so i could be wrong blood looks different to me but i guess it could just be the story line that makes me not see the similarities
